• List your own business in accordance with our listing policies

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar data-gathering methods to extract, harvest, or collect data from the Service without prior written permission
• Systematically download, copy, or reproduce business listings or contact information in bulk
• Use the Service to build, populate, or maintain any commercial database or directory that competes with Zip Ghana
• Republish, redistribute, or resell data obtained from the Service
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security measures, rate limiting, or technical protections implemented on the Service
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited commercial communication
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service

4. Anti-Scraping and Data Protection

Automated Data Collection is Prohibited

The use of robots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, or any other automated means to access the Service or extract data is strictly prohibited without express written consent from Zip Ghana.

We employ technical measures including but not limited to:

• Rate limiting and access controls
• CAPTCHA challenges for suspicious activity
• IP blocking and behavioral analysis
• Activity logging and monitoring

Violation of these anti-scraping provisions may result in immediate suspension of access, legal action, and claims for damages.

6. Business Listings

Businesses listed in the directory are responsible for the accuracy of their information. Zip Ghana does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing.

We reserve the right to:

• Approve, reject, or remove any business listing at our discretion
• Modify or update listing information for clarity or consistency
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zip Ghana does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Information provided is accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

Zip Ghana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
